~~The Marble Fauns Garden Winter 2010~~
Mother nature had made herself known over night, opened my Venetian blinds this sight , my garden is silent , dormant , and under some feet of snow.
The Earth does not belong to us we belong to the Earth.
When all human endeavors have been exhausted , nature will have the defining say, in all things.
It will be a lesson long in the making , that our planet is and has been revolving through the cosmos and we are simply quests . We have begun to wear out our welcome and although most would agree that it is beyond the control of most , we all will be subject to nature .
Let us understand that we are all responsible for each action environmentally , socially & spiritually. If you have a chance perhaps you might step into my Garden ~Winter Snow~

Wow Jerry – I hope that you and Ted managed to make it back from Narnia (which incidentally was filmed in NZ!!) and that you were rapped up warm in your (faux) fur coats. But as you have since mentioned, you are leaping into Spring with gusto!! Thanks for the video Jerry. ☺♥☺
I love the snow and miss it so much. Snow has always had such peace to me. When I lived in Virginia for a time in my life, I would take my dog Bosco (who needed love) and spend the whole day climbing, running, meditating, and just listening to the quiet snow falling. This video was so nice because it allowed me to hear the snow once again.
Magical garden for a magical guy. Love you, Jerry!
Very nice and love the photo.
Omg Jerry, How beautiful and how very true. The Earth is our host here and what we do to it affects us all. There are many people who dont believe this. But as day turns to night things will happen. Maybe not in our generation but certainly in future ones. How sad it will be when we are branded as selfish and self serving when we could have done more in our lifetime.
Keep up the good work Jerry. You truly are a unique one of a kind indivudual.
Bill.
Jerry, how true your sentiments ring..We need to tread carefully in order to contain our carbon footprint on the Earth… I am always amazed at what our planet has created.. the beauty in all the nature that surrounds us… the trees blowing gently in the wind, the birds chirping their content as they continue to search for food, the flowers when they bloom, and the snow as it falls in winter.. It is all worthy of stopping to appreciate.. it is all so important to conserve and reuse and renew our precious resourses..
Thanks again for a lovely post Jerry..
